The role of the Deaf Ministry Department is to:  (1) Help facilitate taking the Three Angel’s Messages to Deaf in Alberta and around the world. (2) Be a Resource Center for Easy English and Sign Language materials for the Deaf. (3) Provide Deaf Awareness information about the unique needs of the Deaf and how to minister to them.  (4) Prepare materials for ministry to Deaf within the church and in the community.  (5) Help local churches set up a Ministry to the Deaf – especially in the larger centers where there are many Deaf.

For further information about Ministry to Deaf in the Seventh-day Adventist Church, you may also go to the following websites: There is a signed ‘live’ Seventh-day Adventist Church service for the Deaf streamed on the internet here every Sabbath morning at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time!  The presenter is usually Elder Jeff Jordan, and when he is not available, there is another deaf presenter!

[NOTE: Three Angel’s Deaf Ministries is an officially recognized Seventh-day Adventist organization for the Deaf working in conjunction with the North American Division Deaf Ministry Committee. Southern Deaf Fellowship is an official site run by a coordinator for Deaf Ministry for the Southern Union of Seventh-day Adventists, Pastor Jeff Jordan.
