Martin Perez to Serve as Coralwood School Pastor

Pastor Martin Perez hails from the Windy City, aka Chicago. In 1999, he ventured to the vast, unknown (to him) land of Alberta to pursue a Religious Studies degree from Canadian University College (now Burman University). It was at CUC that Martin met the love of his life, and thus his future in Canada was sealed. Martin and Aimee have lived in Ontario and BC, but somehow they keep coming back to Alberta. This time, they brought their three kids along for the adventure: Hero (15), Sky (13), and Cassia (7).

The Perez family returned to Alberta in the summer of 2024. Aimee currently serves as the Administrative Assistant for Dr. Loren Agrey, President of Burman University. Pastor Martin has most recently been serving as a Bible Worker in Stettler, Alberta. He was previously the Children’s Pastor on staff at the College Park Seventh-day Adventist Church in Oshawa, Ontario. Because Pastor Martin loves working with children of all ages, the Alberta Conference has called him to be the School Pastor at Coralwood Adventist Academy. His start date is August 1, 2025.
