PACeS (Prairie Adventist Christian eSchool) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Registrar and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. While this role is primarily remote, this individual will have to be in proximity to the warehouse located in Lacombe to handle shipping of books and supplies at various times throughout the year.
This vital role supports both the operational and academic integrity of our school by managing student registration, academic records, office logistics, and financial coordination. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who excels in communication, thrives in a digital workspace, and is passionate about Adventist education. This individual will also need to be self-motivated and work well independently to accomplish their tasks.
As the first point of contact, this role requires an individual who can connect with students and families in a positive manner and help create a supportive partnership with students, teachers, and families.
Working closely with the Principal, the Registrar and Administrative Assistant will ensure smooth administrative operations, maintain accurate and confidential student records, support enrollment and graduation processes, and serve as a key liaison between families, staff, and school leadership. The role also involves coordinating the distribution of learning materials, managing student financial accounts, and supporting school-wide events and ceremonies.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multifaceted responsibilities and takes initiative in creating efficient systems that support students and staff in a Christ-centred educational environment.
This position will have approximately 25 hours per week (Monday-Thursday) starting between July 15 - August 1, 2025.
